“Welcome wrestling fans to W13, the official fantasy wrestling league of OG13!
Some of you may be familiar with our predecessor the HWF which recently ended it’s three and a half year run on July, 26th 2014.
Well if you enjoyed the HWF you haven’t seen anything yet! Unlike the HWF where players were usually assigned gimmicks and portrayed using their OG13 handles the W13 will allow our “Handler’s” to create their own original wrestlers. As a handler you will also come up with your own gimmick and have the option of pitching your own storylines, rivalries, spots for matches and just about anything else you can think of.
In real life professional wrestling most of the creative direction comes from the writers and bookers. That will still be the case here, but just like in pro-wrestling the talent (That’s you.) is encouraged to come up with ideas of their own for how their character’s should be portrayed. If you have an idea for a rivalry that you think will captivate the W13 audience then by all means pitch it! Of course not all ideas can be used. As the booker I will serve as the filter, but will do my best to see to it that your creative needs are met. After all, this isn’t just my story… It belongs to all of us.
