Here at OG13, we pride ourselves on putting the community first. Did you know that a great deal of our front page items do not come from the staff finding worthwhile content, but from our members pointing it out to us? With the sheer amount of traffic that passes through the forum, it is not possible for us to keep up with every post/thread, so we rely on you to let us know when something is front page worthy!
GUIDELINES:
1.) No self nominations – The front page is for appreciation of extraordinary content, not self-promotion. Plus, this is a chance to recognize peers for work well done.
2.) No debating nominations – This isn’t a battleground, make your case and walk away. You may find that numerous people will second your nomination.
3.) Staff have the final say on content that will be front paged. This thread is to help us recognize what people like, and not to be a catch-all for everything. Sometimes there is a limit as to what can be front paged. I.E, we do not want to saturate the front page with so much that new threads get buried and no one sees them anyway.

So yeah, this guy is finally done. He’s much more ‘traditional’ Samurai then Military, but I have more Military version in the works as well.
Mostly made from a resolute Storm Shadow with parts of the Ages of Action Samurai. Ball jointed wrists were added using LEGO levers (thanks to Obi-Shinobi for that one!) and the scabbard is a coffee stirrer flattened out. LEGO canvas (another Obi-Shinobi idea!) for the sash as well.
Swappable heads and 2 helmets – vintage style and a more ‘Ceremonial’ version. Not crazy about how the vintage one fits but I love the larger one.

I am always looking for new versions of Firefly to make. I hate winter, but it inspired this figure and made a dio shot possible. It was heavily influenced by the 1998 polar assault 3-pack repaint of Firefly.

I did this about a year ago, but it is still one of my favorite works that I’ve created. It was a commissioned piece, so unfortunately I didn’t get to keep it. It took me about six months to complete it.

Troops of Doom is 5 years old today, with 523 comics and 118 extra photos to date. Plus a whole lot of ridiculous nonsense.
The next five episodes will feature “Become a Troop of Doom” contests where readers can have a character named after them and have a recurring role in the comic. Lots of figures to choose from: ARAH, VVV, Collector’s Club, 25A, Resolute, POC, 30A, Renegades, Retaliation and Star Wars. Something for everyone.
Troops of Doom is an action figure webcomic featuring GI Joe battling Star Wars for Lego technology. Launched in February 2008 and updated as often as possible Monday to Friday. Check it out for a laugh.

This guy is dropped into the thick of it an creates a space for an HQ, and organises runways for landing parties. If not making a runway he is training troops on how plants can save your life, even in the harshest of enviroments this guy can live in luxury anywhere.
